Zoom link and password will be sent to you before your session.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is made at the beginning of each session either in cash or by bank transfer. For online counselling sessions, payments are required at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. This is primarily to help you attend to the end of each session without the distraction of money matters. I will charge the full amount for any sessions (or part sessions) missed unless given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
