How I work as a counsellor
As a therapist, I mainly draw upon humanistic, CBT, and psychodynamic theoretical approaches to meet your individual needs. In addition, at times I incorporate creative imagery work within sessions to help clients feel more comfortable in expressing their inner thoughts and feelings as I recognize that finding 'the words' is not always easy.
I offer weekly individual therapy to adults on a short term (6-12 sessions), long term (12+ sessions), or open-ended basis. This includes traditional face-to-face counseling in London Bridge and Camberwell (South London) and online therapy sessions.
